To Aid Phosphate Removal 

1. Remove from packaging.
2. Insert Vital Gel into pump basket and allow time for it to begin to dissolve and coat the filter.
3. Treat pool water with any standard phosphate removal product.
4. The Vital Gel activated filter media captures finely precipitated phosphate salts.
5. Run the pump for 24 hours or until the pool water is completely clear.
6. Back-wash the filter to totally eliminate all phosphates from the filter and the pool system

To Clarify Murky Pool Water

1. Remove from packaging.
2. Place Vital Gel into the pump basket (not skimmer).
3. Allow Vital Gel to dissolve and enjoy crystal clear water for up to a month.
4. For particularly cloudy pools, use two Vital Gels.
